Why this piece of equipment is a must for golf travel
Anyone who travels knows that when you arrive at your destination, your body doesn’t feel quite right. After hours in the car or cramped in an airline seat, it takes a little while for your body to move the way you’re used to. This can pose some problems if you’re going straight from the airport to the first tee.
And I know when I go on a buddies trip, I make it a point to play as much golf as possible, which often means teeing it up promptly upon arrival. After a long day in transit, though, my body rarely cooperates. Without the benefit of some serious stretching and massaging, my swing speed is down, my feel around the greens is off and my game is sloppy. It’s not exactly a great recipe for success.
So where to turn for answers? No one knows how to travel and play good golf better than the pros. With a a physio on the traveling team, though, that’s not a surprise. These are professional athletes, after all. But there’s another secret to their recovery process — and it comes in the form of a variety of devices from Hyperice, the official recovery system of the PGA Tour.

My recovery after a long day of travel has never been better since I started using the Hypervolt Go 2 — and my scores early in my trips have never been lower. The only downside is now I don’t have any good excuses for bogeys early on in my rounds. Now, I’ve got no one to blame but myself.
It’s a small price to pay for the relief I feel when I use the Hypervolt Go 2.
